"Ashaqria Chamber" will launch the sixth edition of its Made by My Family Exhibition 2023 AD next Tuesday.
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness, Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Prince of the Eastern Province, Asharqia Chamber is launching its sixth edition of the Made by My Family Exhibition 2023 AD for five consecutive days starting from Tuesday, August 29th, until Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 AD. The event will take place at Dhahran Expo's exhibition grounds, Dhahran-Dammam Coastal Road, Al Khobar.
Asharqia Chamber, represented by its Center for Social Responsibility, organized several preparatory programs and meetings in collaboration with the Social Development Bank in anticipation of the exhibition. These efforts were aimed at preparing and equipping families and associations for active participation in the exhibition.
Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzaiza, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, stated that the organization of the "Made by My Family" exhibition for the sixth time is part of the Chamber's continuous support for projects, programs, and events that align with national efforts to enhance a sector that plays a strong role in the national economy. He noted that the exhibition will span five consecutive days, allowing participating families, craftsmen, and artisans to showcase and sell their products. He also mentioned that all preparatory work for the exhibition has been completed and it is now ready for opening.
Al-Ruzaiza clarified that this edition of "Made by My Family" will feature around 300 participants, including 22 incubator associations and approximately 5 government entities. He pointed out that this year's exhibition is divided into several sections based on the type of products offered by the participating families. Additionally, there are sections dedicated to crafts, handicrafts, and artistic creations.
He stated that the Chamber's continued organization of the "Made by My Family" exhibition is in line with its vision and mission to support projects, programs, and events that align with national efforts to enhance all productive sectors, including the sector of productive families. This sector is considered an economic contributor that can contribute to the development of the national economy, stimulate production and marketing, and provide employment opportunities for both men and women. He emphasized that the Chamber will continue its efforts towards developing and enhancing productive families by providing them with the necessary vocational, managerial, and marketing skills, enabling them to rely on themselves and secure a sustainable source of income.
